Hi!

We are setting up a survey where the plots will be revisited every 5 years to assess change, starting from 2010. Would it be possible to provide the baseline data as default values in all fields so that if there are no changes, it is easier to confirm the values of 2010 instead of entering data from scratch for 2015, 2020?

Cheers,

Florence

Hi Florence,
What you can do is to "pre-fill" the database with data from the previous assessment, changing only the assessment year for example. You can do it by exporting the data into CSV, modifying it and then import it again.
