SAIKU does not start

I am trying to open SAIKU from Collect earth, the Java windows opens but then nothing happens. I made sure I have the latest version of Collect earth. Below is the error I am getting. Can someone please help me? I am unable to post the information in Java, the system is thinking it is a spam.

This could be a problem of the Chrome/Firefox not being opened properly by Collect Earth.

Do you usually get the Bing Maps/Google Earth Engine browser windows when you click on a plot?

Can you try (after you have started Saiku from Collect Earth) access the Saiku interface directly?

Go to http://127.0.0.1:8181/ Does this work?

How long does it take for Saiku to start working? You should get a message on the "black" DOS window and the last line tells you something like INFO: Server startup in 12315 ms
