Dear Beka,
This feature is still experimental. The documentation will be available soon in the Collect Mobile manual.
By the way, it requires a publicly accessible instance of Collect Desktop; for example you can deploy Collect in your own server and make it accessible through a URL like https://www.mywebsite.com/collect.
When you have this, you will have to specify the address in the Settings, under the Collect Server section, together with a data entry user username and password.

If everything has been configured properly, whenever you click on the Submit data to Collect menu item you will send the data directly to the specified remote instance of Collect, that will restore automatically the data.

Yes, this is one of the best feature in collect mobile. Now no worries about data transfer. Entry level user also can import and export data. I am waiting the manual in detail to use this features.
