Hello together,

in OF Collect's Survey Designer, when trying to import a Sampling Point Data-CSV file I get multiple error messages regarding duplicate row for the columns x and y (Northing and Easting).

My CSV File has following format:

level1_code,level2_code,level3_code,x,y,srs_id,forest_type,date_inv

An example: 1,1,2,392172,7988530,EPSG:4326,INTACT,41930

Level 1 is the sample cluster (1-185), level 2 is the sample plot (1-3) and level 3 is the radius of 4 concentric circles (2,6,12 and 20(m)).

If I leave level 3 out, it imports without issue. When integrating level 3 it gives me the duplicate error messages for the coordinates.

I would need support on solving this issue!

Also, I wonder if the level 3 "concentric circles" belong already here to the imported sample point data, but I guess so, since otherwise the area-related calculations cannot be correct (since collected tree information is related to the assessment circle radius and therefore area).

Appreciate your advise!

Ulrich

Hi Ulrich,

I'm Stefano Ricci, the main Open Foris Collect developer.

In the error message you got you should read some details about the row that is generating the error. Can you send me the CSV file you are trying to import so that I can reproduce the problem? Please write me a private email at this address: stefanoDOTricciATfaoDOTorg (replace DOT with . and AT with @).

Many thanks.
