I need to use CollectEarth with Google Earth in a developing country where internet access is very limited. Can I prepare a Google Earth cache on my computer, and copy it to my colleagues computer, or is the cache structure related to my own PC? |

One of the strongest points of CE is the use of the historical imagery and the connection with Google Earth Engine which of course will not work without an internet connection. |
