Import Mobile to Data Management Failed

Dear team,

data import summary failed when importing data from Mobile Collect into Data Management. I cleaned cache and restarted desktop Open Foris.
please advise the correct pass for the Collect Server connection in Mobile settings. I could not upload data to the server from my mobile.

I would appreciate your soonest reply.

Dear Roksolana,
After having a look to your survey, we found that the problem is related to the number of attributes marked as "Show in record summary list" (now Collect supports only a maximum of 3 attributes with that property).
Please modify your survey. Meanwhile we will add a check in Collect Survey Designer to verify that the number of summary attributes is not exceeding the maximum allowed.
