Dear OF Team,

Thanks for adding two very useful feature to data export in Collect: filtering data by primary key attribute (e.g. cluster or plot ID) and output format as Excel table. I find both very useful!

I have noticed that in the Excel table all data is formatted as text. Would it be possible to fix this?

It seems that the filtering by key attribute works only for individual records. It would be great if something like that would be possible: 1,3,6-8.

Thanks and keep up the good work, guys! :) Andras

Hi András,
The export to Excel has still some margins of improvements... so the answer is yes, we will improve it soon.
If you need to filter such group of records, you can try to mark some attributes with "Show in record summary list" (e.g. an attribute like region, or district) and these attributes:
- will be included among the columns shown in the Data Management section
- it will be possible to filter records by these attributes in the data export
Thank you very much for your support,
