Hi After double clicking on the Launch Open Foris Collect icon in the desktop the Collect Control Panel does not appear and I try to access the address: http://localhost:8380/collect manually but I get this message: This site can’t be reached localhost Refused to connect.

Any ideas Many thanks in advance.

Cheers, Federico

Hi,

I have the same problem as Federico. I can't access the address displayed by the control panel. In my case, the address displayed is: http://127.0.0.1:8380/collect , and once opened, ends in the same message:

Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed. Explanation: The Web server refused the connection. Error Code 10061: Connection refused.

Wainting for your answer,

Emilia

For anyone who is having the same problem as me, here is the solution i found.

In my case, the problem was in my proxy configuration; the option ‘Bypass proxy server for local addresses’ wasn’t marked.

Cheers,

Emilia
