Dear user,
The .collect-mobile survey is an optimized format for Collect Mobile.
In Collect Desktop there is no way to import the survey from that format, but we can do it if you share with us the .collect-mobile file. We will write you to your private email to help you with that.
Thanks,
Open Foris Team

Dear user,
Please try to check with an Android file manager if the file you are trying to import is empty.
In that case try to copy it again into the device or copy it into another location (e.g. in the SD card) and import it again, or put it in Google Drive or Dropbox and import it directly from there (suggested option).
Many thanks,
Open Foris Team
