dear OF team, While working in Collect Mobile, every team had a problem. In particular: After making back up or export, the survey was deleted. Fortunately, despite the crash, it was possible to have backup of data and survived, however we can’t identify so far what was the reason – was it big amount of data or any mistakes while working in the survey but every team had the same problem. After it was crashed and then the team entered again and started export the error window was displayed and We managed to make a screenshot of that window. I am sharing it with the link.
