Is it possible to randomly select a tree per species in the Collect? if yes - can you tell me a formula as well?

best regards

Hi Beka,
In version 3.25.0 of Collect there will be a math:random() function that gives a random you can use to randomly "select" a tree, for example you can use it in a calculated attribute (mark it with "calculate one time" also) with an expression like math:random() > 0.5.
Please let us know if it will be enough for you.
Thanks,

Hi Beka,

Could you tell us more about what you want to do? Perhaps Collect is not the right tool for it as it sounds that you want to do some randomised test of the data?? There is no random function implemented so far

Thanks
