Dear Open Foris users,

We are about to start the second round of inventory activities. In the first iteration, the survey made use of a free text attribute to collect information relating to Non-Timber Forest Products. Following the completion of the first iteration of the inventory, we now have a harmonized list of Non-Timber Forest Products and I would like to replace the free text attribute with a code attribute (containing the list of associated NTFPs).

If I make this change, will it be possible to load the results into the same survey? I will replace the old attribute with one that has the exact same name so columns in Collect will not change. Just wondering if the change in type will have a significant impact on our ability to compare outputs from the first and second iterations.

Many thanks, Wesley
