Dear Open foris team, I have several forms. Among them, a survey does not have a NEW button in data management. The rest of all surveys have the button. first, we tried to send the data from mobile to collect server using the internet, An error occurred: displays in the mobile screen but the connection is successful with the server and mobile. So, I decided to import the data via a mobile exported file to collect desktop manually. when I try to do so, there was the absence of the import button in the collect desktop. Neither there was a New button. In this situation how can I convert my mobile data (2200 records) into excel or CSV? |

He OFC, Thank you very much for your prompt response. after posting my question I again researched this issue. what I did change group the survey belongs to the default public group. I cloned this survey and named renamed. and it started working. Thank you. I am still confusing the behavior of the group of the surveys. Thank you again. |
