I have a survey where some sketch image files are requested. How do I define the path to locate requested files in that survey?

Dear user,
What do you need exactly? Do you need to customize the folder in which the files are stored when uploaded into Collect?
The default folder is (in Windows): C:\Users\YOUR_USER\OpenForis\Collect\data\collect_upload
There is no way to customize it from the user interface.
Do you need to customize that path?
Many thanks,

Thanks for your answer and question.I don't need to customize that path. We have Open Foris multi-user mode installed on a Centus server. When looking at some of the uploaded files, a red triangle with an exclamation mark appears in the middle. What does this mean?

Dear user,
The red triangle means that something went wrong trying to access the uploaded file.
Please try to have a look to the log files in C:\OpenForis\Collect\logs to see if there are some more details about the error. Meanwhile we will contact you to your private email to better understand your problem.
Many thanks,
