Error de sistema al utilizar entidades múltiples

Hola. Alguien podría ayudarme con este error que me aparece construyendo una encuesta con entidades múltiples? Gracias

Gracias por tu atención querido Stefano, Perdón ese día este error me tuvo loco, pero con más calma pude solucionarlo. Estaba haciendo un mal uso de un puntero y faltaba toda la lógica. Afortunadamente logré solucionarlo. Muchas gracias por tu colaboración.
