I tried Calc 2.0 using demo Atlantis 2-phase sampling and encountered some problems/issues: 1) Sampling design: sampling unit weighting 'script' not anymore? 2) Calculation scripts: edit/test button not present/visible? 3) Aggregation function: 'base unit formula/plot area script' not anymore? 4) Calculation execution: aggregation tables not created (problem occurred also in Calc 1.0)? Especially the last seems (old/returning) problem (or maybe caused by the first issues).

Look forward to help,

Joseph

Suggestion: Show AOI table instead of figure with view button (or both)

Dear Josh,

the scripts 1,2,3 are edited directly in RStudio. In order to execute the processing chain, you need to download it from the main calculation section (click the download R button).

The system will download a zip file that needs to be extracted. Once extracted, open the file calc.R in RStudio and make sure the current working directory is set to where the calc.R file is located. Afterwards, you can edit the calculation steps. They are in the user folder. And finally, click the source button in RStudio to execute the processing chain.

Afterwards, you can publish the results by clicking the play button in the main calculation section. After this step, results can be accessed in Saiku.

Regarding the AOIs, it's a good suggestion and i will add this to the development plan.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you,

Mino

Dear Joseph,

Thank you. Yes, we'll bring the execution of the scripts inside Calc as well.

Dear Mino, Thank you for the clear answer and procedure; it works (with my data). But I hope that you can bring (R) procedure(s) back to Calc in future also. Joseph
