Testing Collect Saiku (beta), I cannot see all attribute types in the saiku dimension list: e.g. species (species_code, scientific_name, vernacular_name), and coordinates; it would be handy to count species (number). Can this be made possible? Joseph

Many thanks for your suggestion. The Collect Saiku is a feature still under development, so suggestions like your are really appreciated in order to improve that module. The support for other attribute types will be included in Collect 3.10.17.
Many thanks,

I must say that I have exactly the same problem in Saiku, but actually getting there from Calc. and it is the same attribute (species code).

Dear Stefano, your new version 3.10.26 is great, solving the problems (in the multiple code attribute inside the tree entity)and showing now species code, scientific name and many more measures. Thanks!

Dear Javier, the database exported to CALC and SAIKU includes the categorical variable species_code (see 'data'), and also text variables genus and species (trees); no problem here. In COLLECT however these variables are absent in the SAIKU relational database; but are promised to be included in version 3.10.17: useful to present species related aspects by plot and/or LUS. Thanks Joseph:

I do know that these categorical variables appear in many computers..but for some reason not in mine. Will have to check with the Calc developer.

Dear Javier, coming back to your point, indeed Calc-1 does not show species names in the dimensions, but (try) the new version Calc-2 showing species names under the cube tree: genus- genus/family name, tree- species name. Also trying a biophysical demo the new version of Collect 3.10.25 has now species_code and scientific name; however still struggling with own data and species list: since 3.10.15 fails to generate the relational database; hope to get this solved soon.
