So finally we discovered that the problem was related to the exceeded limit of 5 entities marked with "Show count in record summary list". In the next release of Collect (3.10.23) that limit will be verified.

Dear Rajkumar,
When do you have this error? When you try to save the record? Or do you have it during the data entry process? What version of Collect are you using? Is it configured for a standalone or client/server use?
We will contact you in a private context so if you want you can share with us the survey you are working with and we can test it.
Many thanks,
