Dear Mr. Nguyen Phu Quy,

As you might be aware Calc is en expert tool and if used to produce estimates for any natural resource sampling based assessment, it requires some knowledge of R.

Two useful websites to learn R are: http://tryr.codeschool.com/ and http://www.statmethods.net

I hope the forthcoming Calc training in Hanoi will clarify its potential.

I would like to ask you to post only questions that are relevant to the use of Open Foris tools, otherwise your messages might be removed from this form.

Thank you for your understanding.

Regards,

Mino

Have you tried to go through the documentation to understand how the software works?

What kind of statistics you want to produce?

Thank you, Mino

Dear phuquy188 ,

There's a test data set you can download . The link is available in the 'Calc Home' section of the documentation:

http://www.openforis.org/tools/calc/tutorials/calc-home.html

Click on the button 'Test data-set' to see the description to get the link.

Thank you,

Mino
