oft-his "Segment 2 98:Database -1 corruption error"
I keep encountering an error when using oft-his with a mask file. It works fine for both input and mask file when using them as input file without a mask file, but not in any combination with a mask file (not even when using the same file as input and mask file). File size limit should not be a problem.
Here's the output:
oft-his -i ABC/overview.tif -o test.txt -um ABC/mask.tif
